  1. Use it free. In ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor add our MCP address https://picklecheck-test.onrender.com/mcp (choose "No authentication"), or call the web address. PickleCheck has three checks: a scam check on a coin or wallet ($0.008), an endpoint check before you pay an x402 service ($0.005) and a payment check that a payment really landed ($0.003). Every day you get free calls: 3 scam checks, 1 payment check, 1 endpoint check.
  2. When the free checks run out, pay a few cents (USDC on Base). On your phone: open https://picklecheck-test.onrender.com/pay inside the MetaMask app, pick any of the three checks, paste what to check, tap Pay and sign. A bot or app with an x402 wallet pays by itself: how to pay.

Three pay-per-call safety checks for AI trading agents, no signup and no API key: coin check (is this Base token a rug, honeypot or insider dump, with the proof attached), endpoint check (is it safe to pay this x402 endpoint), and payment check (did a payment really arrive, on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana or Bitcoin). Free each day per IP (UTC), counted per route: 3 scam checks, 1 payment check, 1 endpoint check. Then $0.003 per payment check, USDC on Base, via x402. No signup, no API key.
HTTP 402 with accepts[]: pay one option and retry with the payment header. pending / unknown → HTTP 503 + Retry-After; not_found → HTTP 404 + Retry-After; none are charged, and a free payment check that gets one of these is not used up.

Endpoint check

Is it safe to pay this x402 endpoint? We look (never pay) and compare with its history: a changed pay-to is AVOID, a new endpoint is CAUTION until we have watched it. $0.005 per check; 1 free check a day per IP.

This example works as written. Replace the url with the https address of the x402 endpoint you want checked; it must be live (an address that does not answer gets 503 and is never charged).
